  2. Make them self-initiated and maintained
  3. Tell others, get an accountability partner

New Year, Renewed Motivation

So it's the first day of the new year, 2009. Most of us make "resolutions." Many don't follow through on them. Coaching can make a difference. Think of a coach as an "accountability partner." I'm offering group coaching, weekly, to assist you in reaching your goals of a great body and feeling great in 2009.
